In-game glitch, either they are NC (No Connection) or they are really high up in the air, and they must have gotten that high (ha) because of a glitch.
First one:
Did you visit MSN.com beforehand? Did someone post a pirated version on MSN?
Third one:
Somebody messed with the server settings, and it's probably the visibility settings that make it like this.
