I am creative and i really want to make a costum world, but I have no idea how. If someone tells me, I would be very greatful.

Firstly, do you want block worlds or terrain worlds?
For block, you need to get Flyclub's World Creator (I will get a link in a sec).
Here you go: Flyclub's World Creator
For terrain, you need Unity 2.6. (you will need to look this up on Google as I do not have the direct link)
There are tutorials included for both.
