I'm sure most of you are familiar with where marsxplr is going. It's heading for graphical brilliance! So I have made this long awaited updated mars buggy. This buggy features
- Complete and detailed suspension with working components!
- Texture mapping throughout the whole model
- More detailed and smooth mesh
- Ambient occlusion maps for greater shading detail!
- Shadow texture maps for greater shading detail!
- Alpha maps on each texture map to determine the shininess of areas according to where they are
- New lights (Including pop-up headlamps for dark places) with unity light flares!
- The color is still completely customizable, along with the suspension spring and brake caliper color.
This is the first time I have not done any renders in Modo (my 3D modeling program). This time, it is all real-time rendered in unity!! A true graphical breakthrough for Mars explorer. Check it out!
