All of the things people do on here? The constant complaining of no new vehicles, the almost illegible grammar of new AND old players, all of that, is what makes us a community; and a falling apart one.
I'm not pointing fingers at anyone, I myself was guilty. But look now! I'm trying to keep order. So listen up, and listen good or else the gravity from the sun will bring Mars crashing into it's fiery core.
Oh and if you're going to read half, find something you don't like, and then comment about it? READ THE REST OF IT FIRST.
Dates: They're there for a reason. Look at them! If anything is past the FIRST page, unless it was a busy time and a lot of people posted multiple, relevant threads int he same day, THEY SHOULDN'T BE COMMENTED ON. A lot of you, and I mean a lot, have been posting on old, withering threads. If you want to make a comment to the creator of it? Cool, send them a PM. You don't need to disrupt the flow of the community by sending us all back in time. If no one's commented in more than eh... a week? DON'T COMMENT.
Older Players Leaving: It's the cycle of mars. We get new players, we always do, so don't be upset people are leaving. Someone needs to train these newbies though. Don't teach bad habits or teach how to sit there and gossip, teach them how to DF and ram! The fun things that everyone will remember. (Though the leaving players were from my generation, I will miss you all dearly; Sv3n, Krunch, Mad, ect ect)
Updates: Yeah, we all want our ideas put into mars to live for eternity. I want to drive whales around, I think that'd be cool. But they're just ideas, and most of them will only be ideas. New models of these vehicles are coming out in Terrium (see next rant) thanks to GTR's AMAZING work. We can't have new vehicles because programming them all to work is hard, especially with what little workers we have.
Terrium: It'll come. Eventually. But don't blame the programmers, eh? Not many people are working on it, and it's a real tough job. They all have school and things, ACE is only 15. When was the last time you programmed a game when you were 15, huh? Oh that's right, you were still being breast fed? Ok then, don't worry it'll come. Have patience young martians, you'll time will come.
Clubs: They're good to have; if they're for the right reasons. An abundance of clubs/gangs/posses always appear at the same time, causing a great abundance of rivalries. Although it looks pretty nice so far... But anyway, don't let them control the game. Oh cool, a club for apple, a gang of bananas, but there's no group that promotes DF or rams? If you want to influence people with clubs, do it right! Don't just let anyone in, your going to have a noob fest. Give tests, have a maximum amount of people in it, get to know them first. I would know! I was like you leaders before. Don't let it get too out of hand. (Daydreams about that time I got banned from Mars for a week)
Hackers: There is none anymore. Awesome idea; let's keep it that way? It just causes trouble and annoyance. Nobody wants to have a game named "pickl3 th d1n0our" as their game name while they're telling someone their grandmother died.
Noobs and Newbs: Noobs; people who aren't new to the game and have no hope for learning how the game works. Mostly little kids with an attitude that think this is a dating web sight *it's not?! Wow Cre, you teach us something new every day!* Again, I would know. Newbs: people who are new to the game, quiet maybe, don't really know what to do. But they BOTH need to be taught how to play this game, and the right way too. Teach them how to DF, teach them how to be polite. The curse blocking is there for a reason, but don't think you're so clever because you put a55 instead of ass. Kids play this game... and I'm sorry to all of the kids that just read that (teehee.)
Forum etiquette: Oh my God, 70% of us need a lesson on this. First of all class, there IS a spell checker. It's a check mark with "ABC" above it. Use it, please, I beg of you. You get more respect, and it's faster to respond to an answer if we don't have to decode your binary format.How many of you know bianary code by heart, hm?

Be polite on the forum. And in games, too! There's no reason to call eachother dunder flowers or icecream scoops (not swearing for the children.)
DogFighting/Rams: Oh, where to begin? Dogfights are amazing. Please don't let them die? Very few people are good at them. (Krunch, Encder, Ssem, Lava, Me, Ace, sven, CP... Loki just joined the sky high list too... uh who else is good...)
Fight for the quarry with your lasers! I can't believe how many people didn't do it when I hosted the other day. Rams? Well they're the best. Thanks to Krunch for introducing it to me Ram instead of shooting for the quarry! Mostly on the ground, with buggies. Don't let these be forgotten!
This is a community, and we're all in this together. Don't argue with me for posting this, don't try to back yourself up for reasons of doing these things, don't try to explain why you do these things. "Oh it's easier to type without checking spelling." Yeah, no crap. I've been on this for half an hour because I want to be respected! It's a large post, do you think if I abbreviated everything people would read it? No! I did EVERYTHING up on that list when I first started. I have the right to say it all, because I know the reasons behind it. But if you really do want to have your own rant directed towards me, PM ME. No one else cares what you have to think about this.
If we all do this, Mars will flourish and we won't eat each other when Terrium comes out. Just try it! what could possibly go wrong? *Waits for the hate mail to start coming in*

Ok, i agree with 90% of the post, i would like to say a couple of things though, 1) i forgot what that was, but i might make a commment later. :P 2) actrually, i would like to point out, my Clan, (Aweomsepossum Clan a.k.a the APC) is solely dedicated to DFing... just wanted to point that out... past that.... I agree. :)

But on a lighter note, I'm glad you enjoyed the post sven. Hopefully if more people start to follow these, mars will be like it was a few years ago, with about 3 full games up at all times, magical ponies and unicorns everywhere...

Fourth, @LavaLamp18 come back you freakin' noobface. I need a challenge, and IBCF, Timber, and Paladin don't get on that much... (P.S. Awesome DF the other day guys).

Sixth, look for a topic that is coming soon for an ellite DF group simillar to the ACC, but the ACC is dead... so yeah.

Okay,
I try to use my best grammar and I am actually going to thank you for arguing with me on my bad grammar back on the post "hacker". And I know my grammar is still not the greatest but I have started using more capitals and stuff like that.
Your post is VERY good! I am definitely not the best dogfighter out there, but I have been practicing to do better. And sadly I learned to dogfight the hard way, by watching others.
My clan is not deticated to dogfighting nor ramming. And I let anyone join, and if they are a noob I rank them on a low rank. I also don't deticate my clan to anything because I am now in lots of different games.
And I got really excited when I saw this: relevant threads int he same day, you never misspell anything so I got excited.
I will do my best to follow these more, so thank you.

@Everyone else that has a club/clan/gang/mafia- You all say it's under control now, but what about when you're not looking? Go away on a vacation. Three weeks later you arrive home and the first game you see "RPS! Brought to you by*instert name here*" (RPS= Role Play Sex) Walk into a game and it's just a masive laser buggy orgy (sorry kids.) Just be careful!

For the forum stuff, lots of people have disrespected others in the past. All the rebellions of like late 2011/2012, the hacking script put up in the site (that's gone now), rude comments on recent posts... It needs to stop. If all of you want mars to be so perfect, I think you should take steps to making it to be perfect!
