Okay I am sorry I think this is a good post for the Cult to see but I am SICK of the flippin' conflicts that arise.  It makes me sad that Aubrey had to get involved in this, as good of a guy he is.  I do not hold grudges against any of the Cult members, either, yet it makes me sick to see the tempers flare here.  I am DONE with posting on this type of stuff, I can't stand it anymore!

Jim, you may FEEL as if "everyone treats you like toilet paper" but is that statement really accurate?

 

Haven't you joined two games so far with me in them, each holding about five players?

And wasn't only one player out of all those ten mean to you?

Didn't the rest of us greet you cordially and some even speak up on your behalf?

There are a lot of players eager for you to rejoin the community and some are even cheering for you!

I'm tired of this. Yeah, Ren, you were right. But it seems like an endless saga that will last...well, endless. Eternally. Of course not, but heck, it sure sounds like it. Again, I still vote a fresh start. It's in the past. What's back there ain't in front of ya.

 

Sure, I'm Jim's buddy again. All I want is the Mars Explorer community to live in peace again. We're all tryin' to get there, as I mentioned a bit earlier that Ren corrected. I don't know how we could get there quicker. But it's one of those things where you WANT it to be done, but it'll take time. And healing. And apologies. And the list goes on.

Let me say something. I have tried to forget about this incident and just move on. Thats all in the past now isn't it? But someone I will not say there name won't except me going back to normal. Also many people think I have "Issues" and need "help" I really don't. I have just have had problems at home in the real world.

I would love to have the old jim back but is a public apology too much to ask after all this? :(

Alright people. This just silly business now. To me, this ain't funny at all. It was intense when it first came, but now it is clearly tearing up the people who are the best friends in the universe. We have to forgive and move on. No Jim, I will not side with you. As much as it was offensive about how you violently swore in one post, I refuse to take sides with FC and everyone else. Because it's stupid. It really is.

I can be a peacemaker or comment or critic. But now i'm out of it and being a peacemaker. Because, no matter how you all look at it, everyday, this gets more and more people ticked off and it kills the REAL mars Explorer community. It kills the community that WAS the peaceful fun community. NOTICE how i capitalized WAS. It kills the community where, for some folks, after a long day of work or school or whatever, they just want to have fun and play a good dogfight or so. But then this issue arises again and dang, it stresses people out. This is a punch in the face by treason. Once this started, i can nearly guarantee it will take, at the minimum, at least 1 week to patch up. 

Now, for the first time since signing into my account over the summer when I first got it, do I truly understand why they're leaving. No matter what, part of it has to be drama. And with the amount of intense tension, drama, and anger, I wouldn't be surprised if even Flyclub left. (Well, yes I would, but I would still take into account all the stress on FC.) 

C'mon, guys. We gotta be mature. Or we will crumble and this whole place will crumble. It is sad. But every day, our time ticks nearer as more and more anger becomes to this community.

I am not blaming anyone, but I will sum it up in the following: Suck it up, Man up, and let's face this like a calm, socialized group would. We would solve it TOGETHER.

(Heck I DO  NOT CARE IF IT WAS A WHOLE LOT OF DRAMA. BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN WANTING TO SAY FOR THE LAST 3-4 DAYS!!! AFTER CONSTANT HEARING ABOUT HOW JIM IS BEING THIS AND JIM IS BEING THAT, WELL I FIND IT PRETTY FREAKING ANGERING!!!) (Yes i did need to use caps there. I am truly mad.)

AMEN! I agree totally. This has gone back to WAY before I was here, oh wait... THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR EVERYONE'S WHOLE LIFE! I do agree with what Aeo said, and we do need to quit it or risk tearing the community, but getting mad.... I admit I have done this, but still. Other than that, preach on Aeo, preach on.

Liz, (respecting your religious beliefs) I have faith it is possible to stop this. Whatever starts can stop. You just have to approach it different ways. What I said was we need to be mature and calm about this and deal with the situation. I think we can stop it if we work together.

Liz, you are right. There will be conflicts at some given point. I totally agree.

But, this one blew up in everyone's faces, and we're all really ticked on it.

It seems like it's gotten better. I still deem it out of hand.

We all gotta calm down and ask ourselves 'Hmm...What can I fix today?'

(Preferably on mars explorer :D)

I personally have gotten along with jim, but i cannot condone what i hear he has been doing.

 

I will not get myself in this as the rest of you have, its not my business, however i will thank you tigerstorm that you are appreciative of Christian moderators, and im glad that you will accept me if aubrey accepts my request to be a moderator, as i am a strong christian also.

 

Good luck to you jim, i have been in your case before where no one liked me much at all. i have gotten on me feet again. (i did not experience this in marsxplr, but it was in Crashdrive 3D)

 

With boldness i will state that all of you who are going aside from Aubrey's topic by chatting and arguing about everything BUT his purpose, which was to inform us of what he will do to any of us should we carry on the way Jim did..... it is quite immature to be arguing over Jim and Aubreys business, he gave us this PM so that we could read it, not comment on it and make Jim even more upset. ;)

 

As for the Groups, i have ditched ACC and i am no longer proud to call myself a member of it. i agree totally with aubrey, they are immature, we are what we are, and we dont need crazy gang names to identify eachother as special or unspecial. i hope that the others come to this realitization, but if they do not, i accept their position also, this is a personal conviction of mine.

 

Thank you Aubrey for the Christian morals and Values that you provide on mars explorer, i appreciate a game that is controlled by a fellow brother in the Faith.

As far as your faith, that's fine but talk about off-topic.....

i was not criticizing ACC in particular, but i still have left it myself, i am obviously a member, but since we dont have meetings or anything, i do not regognize it as a "gang" and therefore i dont wear the badge. i realize it has senority in the game, but as aubrey said, they are, regardless of your intentions, created to make sections of players. i have been in many games where someone says "im in the ACC" and others are like "oh. im not good enough"...... should we be making grades of member quality to make others feel bad and us better? i think not. i said it was a personal conviction, that Aubrey and i share.

 

As for my faith, if tiger can mention it i can ;) and i was not going too far, i simply stated that i appreciated aubrey's similar faith.

Yes, I'm am so glad we have a Christian as the creator of this game! It's not too often you see or hear about a Christian who makes a really good game (as in Mars Explorer) or has his own website where he shares the gospel or... you get the point. The main reason I got into this game so much is because a person in God's family created it (and it was one of the best computer games in the world :P )!

Does aubrey have banned controls for his site?If not theres another idea he should give some control to the mods for banning spammers,spammers,and spammers.

Or at least maybe a 'Report User' button that sends an email to aubrey or something like that.
