I need a some help

I am creating a world. When you enter, all you can see is trees. One tree however, is bigger than the others. At the base, there will be a secret entrance to the inside. Inside, there will be ramps that take you above the treetops. From there, you can ascend even higher, all the way up to 1,500 alt, where there is a layer of clouds. In between the treetops, at 260 alt, and the clouds, at 1,500 alt, there will be a space for dogfighting. It would have a few objects, but would mostly be open.
I have the big tree finished. You can test it at http://www.geiodo.com/worlds/tree_test_v2.utw
The part of the forest I had completed accidentally got deleted. Also, it wasn't very interesting. The trees were 5 by 5 pillars evenly spaced. I hadn't even started their tops. I am hoping for some help remaking the forest and creating clouds and branches. Here is the work that needs to be done:
Forest quadrant 1: -5,9 to -300,9 to -300,300 to -5,300. The average treetop height needs to be around 52. Maximum width and length for the trunks is 9. Other than that, you can make them however you like.
Forest quadrant 2: -5,-14 to -300,-14 to -300,-300 to -5,-300. Same guidlines as quadrant 1.
Forest quadrant 3: 30,-14 to 300,-14 to 300,-300 to 30,-300. Same guidlines.
Forest quadrant 4: 30,9 to 300,9 to 300,300 to 30,300. Again, same guidlines.
Branches: Adding branches along the tall tree. Branches must be smaller than the tree itself (10 by 10), and between the lowest platform and the clouds. They cannot be placed on ramps.
Clouds: Create a layer of blocks that look like clouds at 300 alt. Leave the skies clear for 15 on either side of 20,-5.
If you're interested, PM me. Sign your name on your part so that people know who made it. I can do anything that no one wants to do.
A version of the tree for editing is here: http://www.geiodo.com/worlds/foresteditingversion.utw
EDIT: kirby_freak is making the clouds. I am going to add the branches.

Love the idea! Sounds great! I would recommend adding some lakes as well. I like the idea of a world seemingly hidden under a forrest canopy.

I love this idea! This would be a great place to play hide 'n seek in.
I'm looking forward to seeing this.
But, uh, when I go to test the tree, I get this:

-BabaG- I am making this world using Flyclub's world creator. If you want to make something like it in unity, please go ahead.
-Tigerstorm- To play it, host a game, and click on the "Use Custom World" tab. When it asks for the name, input http://www.geiodo.com/worlds/tree_test_v2.utw
You probably already know this though.

Wow.  EPIC world.  Climbing up the tree is slightly boring, but falling down the trunk is fun!!  :D  I can't wait to see it when it's done.  I suggest creating some other big trees, but they should be smaller than the current one.  Climbing up and down the trees and sniping from the branches would be fun.  Oh, and I am interested in doing the clouds (not guaranteeing I can get anything done right away).  But I have a few questions.  One: Could you please explain the 20, -5 open-air thing?  Two: Should they just be plain blocks?  Three: Would you mind if I added some "secret" things on the clouds?  I could PM you examples, if you want.
