An ongoing post of progress on my world.

Hi all, well, most of you remember my Spaceships post, well the tim e has come for you to send them to me.

Due credit will be given, but I recommend you put your name or a symbol on your ship, so everyone knows.

Well, to the title, i'm sure you all want to see some pics, so here they are.

Suggestions are welcome.

This is the HQ and hangar with the yet to be finished dock.  I will probably redo the runway system and make it a part of this model so it can be easily attached. (SketchUp has snapping features, Unity does not)
Also, the HQ is missing a wall for only the simple reason of it being much easier to edit that way. The final version will have a wall there.

Textured Main Base

The Runway System

By the way, that is not a solid color, it is asphalt, but it does not show up on the pic.
The runway is not the only way that aircraft and spacecraft will land and take off, as you can see by the square, which will function as a helipad type thing.

There is one other idea I have to at least get spacecraft (and maybe aircraft) off the ground, but it is not built yet.

I Gotta Make a Ship Too...

Well, at the moment, most of the ships other people made will be in it, but some will take off and land, and maybe 1 will go to and from the hangar.

Hmm, looks repectable. I do like the docking system, but perhaps more individual docking stations.

When I was picturing this in my head I was thinking more like a... round port.

Docking system? I have not made one of those yet, that thing attached to the hangar is just a headquarters.

Likely the dock will be attached to the hangar and headquarters with a hallway.

You mean a hub. Yeah a hub would be ideal since it saves space and is accessible, and organized.

cool good looking, i was thinking what would be jets or planes that you could use with wheels so you could land. a roundish port would be nice

Last week I would have told you it would be ready in 3 months.

But I am feeling good, so I say 2 weeks or less.

Hey, I think I said something about this a while ago.  This looks a little different from what I envisioned, but hey, not my choice.  Still, this looks really awesome.  Great job!

Well, if you tell me what you envisioned, i could possibly add it to the world :)

and also, in unity, it is so much different, even different than I envisioned, but I like it, it's a bit more packed than I imagined though.

The sketchup warehouse has quite a few Mars Explorer models from long ago. There was this one really cool one with an interior...it was made by neon, called the skyking defender v9.

Space: 500 m by 500m. Contains a total of 40 ships. Connected to Bagel's terminal via a monorail train... This is just the terminal for the elite TGE Fleet. The odd ships and some TGE military vehicles and cargo freighters will be at the Interstellar Terminal. A sneak peak of the Passenger Terminal...

Just a warning, good monorails are tough to realistically create.

No, they really aren't too bad, it just depends how you plan on designing them.
