Those having issues with the embeded reader, please use the direct link (PDF). Im trying something new out with embeding PDFs.
Update 7/29/2011: I updated the look and feel and besides the visual changes, the FAQ is more organized... and well its more like a FAQ and less like a novel.

I think we needed a one-stop shop for all the questions about world making.
 
One thing you didn't mention though, was Flynn's worlds creator, one of the simplest forms of world making.

You should link to the tutorials you talk about, but other than that, good job.
 
It might be a good idea to expand on this in go into some detail about each program.

I was actually thinking that, but the only problem is incorporating them efficiently and without glitches.
 
but random negative cubes in a world would be pretty cool lol

Just use a shader to accomplish that. There's a culling one I believe.

excellent :) people ask all the time how to use sketchup and stuff. We should really have a blog/website just explaining it! lol maybe I'll tackle that myself

You say you need the Whirld Library to export, but i have sucessfully exported 3 worlds without using the Whirld Project. 2 of which are in game.

For the poll- I think there should be just a long list for all the worlds not a separate sheet for custom ones.

Because it helps when exporting it as a whirld. If you get someone else, I suppose it wouldn't be necessary. However, as others have said, You always mention this, and when someone asks how, you never, ever, respond and explain.
